Marc Duivenvoorden

Marc Duivenvoorden has been operating one of the world's best raw dairy farms since 2017 and has been living on Duivenvoorden Farms nearly his entire life. I first found Duivenvoorden Farms in Northern California using a raw milk finding website from a thunderbolt of inspiration and am grateful for the opportunity to connect and cocreate this episode with Marc. He has a ton of wisdom to share about raw vs pasteurized milk, raw milk benefits, raw milk risks, taking leaps of faith, and the power of relationship and stewardship.

Alex Conley

Alex Conley remembers being carried into the hospital to be treated for blood cancer. This was his first memory. He continued to go through treatments for years and this inspired him on the path to help humanity become healthier. Jonathan Brookins

Jonathan Brookins won The Ultimate Fighter in 2010. He had fights against Jose Aldo, Dustin Poirier, Charles Oliveira, and many others. He has performed 27 professional martial arts bouts in the UFC and in other promotions. He competed in a pro fight recently, at age 40. Jonathan is an awesome guy and a deep thinker. He has been through many challenges and we discuss some of them, including marijuana addiction, developing awareness through meditation, martial arts, and more. I really enjoyed hanging out with Jon.
