Alex Conley remembers being carried into the hospital to be treated for blood cancer. This was his first memory. He continued to go through treatments for years and this inspired him on the path to help humanity become healthier. Jonathan Brookins won The Ultimate Fighter in 2010. He had fights against Jose Aldo, Dustin Poirier, Charles Oliveira, and many others. He has performed 27 professional martial arts bouts in the UFC and in other promotions. He competed in a pro fight recently, at age 40. Jonathan is an awesome guy and a deep thinker. He has been through many challenges and we discuss some of them, including marijuana addiction, developing awareness through meditation, martial arts, and more. I really enjoyed hanging out with Jon.
